Description
In this course, learners will gain a firm understanding of the basics of mental health by exploring the importance of mental health, the link between mental health and well-being, and the factors that determine the state of our mental health, including genetics, socioeconomic status, life’s experiences, and the like. Learners will also review the mental health continuum model to better understand the spectrum of mental health and how the presence of mental illness does not always equate with poor mental well-being.
